Perfect for those who are just moving to Ann Arbor and want to get a feel for where to live before committing to a 12 month lease. Manchester West Apartments (1960 W Liberty St) 1.5mi to downtown Ann Arbor. 2mi to UM Campus. Pickleball / tennis court, swimming pool on site.
Apartment is fully furnished, you will be provided with a full-size bed and dresser, desk + chair upon request. Or you can bring any of your own furniture. Bedroom furniture will be different than what is in the photo The apartment has a nice spacious living room and plenty of kitchen space, lots of afternoon sunlight. In-unit washer and dryer. The bedroom is 10.5’ x 13’ with closet space and extra storage space in entryway supply closet. You will have your own private full bathroom with tub + shower.
Move-in date is somewhat flexible - let me know what your situation is and we can likely accommodate. Lease ends on 8/9 but feel free to move out before then and you will not be charged for the remaining days on the lease. $750/mo + Utilities (~$90/mo).
About the roomies
You will be living with a long time friend of mine, 25 y/o Male PA student who is clean, responsible, and respectful of space. I am more than happy to set up a chat between you guys. I am moving out to start my grad program in Vermont.
