I am leasing out the basement with access to the kitchen. My house is a four bedroom four bath duplex built in 2023. Perfect for professionals or students, traveling nurses looking for a cosy, residential feel and ready to get out of an apartment. I am leasing out the basement with access to the kitchen. You would have access to the basement level of the house which includes two bedroom bedrooms, full bathroom, and furnished living area. You can also utilize the kitchen upstairs. There is parking on street. I currently have a bed in each bedroom, but those can be moved if needed. The area is close to Harvard Gulch Park, Platt Park, Englewood dining and shopping.

I live in the house on my own with my mini golden doodle Peach. I separated from my partner and I’m looking for a roommate. I am a consultant and I am often traveling for work. I am relaxed, often home crafting, ant the gym and basically just looking for a friend.
