Great area, that is safe and quiet. The available room is the only room located on the main floor. The main floor includes a spacious shared living room and kitchen. The living room includes a 75“ TV with several streaming platforms that can be used at no cost. The room has a queen-bed frame and mattress that can be used. All utilities are included, and so is fast internet (1 Gbps).

There is a private driveway for parking, and a small gym in the garage. The property also includes a private, fenced-off backyard.

I’m a 35-year-old man and small business owner. I will be living in the home full-time. I have a 5-year-old son who lives with me about 60% of the time. I also have a small, friendly terrier who lives with me full-time.
