About the room

The room is fully yours with three windows and some furniture. There is a fully stocked communal kitchen, laundry room on site, and wifi for an extra $13/month. There is also parking along the immediate street. We live in a duplex, with the landlords occupying the other side. We have a private front and back entrance as well as front and back yard space. Unfortunately we cannot take in any pets that are not in tanks or cages, the landlords won’t allow it.

About the roomies

We are afab queer people who are stoners and both have cats. Ideally we would like someone we can have a genuine relationship with so that we can all share and use the house comfortably.
