This large Victorian 4-bedroom/2 bath home is spacious, furnished tastefully, clean and offers peace and tranquility.
We are located on a dead-end street that’s off another dead-end street so no traffic, random people or noise. We are also near major highways – 290, and 70 but there’s no highway noise as well as near major hospitals - St. Vincent, Umass system, we are quick walk to Hanneman hospital, near Lincoln plaza, downtown Worcester, Polar Park, and major stores to name just a few. Ubers are easily accessible.
We are right on the bus line.
There is 2 shared living rooms, a large/full kitchen with all large and small appliances, large pantry to store your food and a dining table, 2 full bathrooms, laundry area.
Each room has a bed with dresser, closet space, AC, heat and a smart TV. There is a comfortable workstation in each room as well as fast internet. All utilities are included!
Current roomies are co-ed and work most of the day. They keep the home clean and quiet. They are friendly and socialize when out of their rooms but tend to keep to themselves mostly resting after work.
