The home is on a dead-end street that’s off another dead-end street so no traffic. It’s also near major highways – 290, and 70 but there’s no noise as well as near major hospitals and businesses, downtown Worcester, Polar Park, and major stores to name just a few. Ubers are easily accessible if you do not want to bring your car.
This 4-bedroom home is spacious, furnished tastefully, and offers peace and tranquility.
There is a comfortable workstation in each room as well as fast internet.
Guest access: You will be able to access the whole house. There’s no access to the barn and garage in the back of the house. It’s OK to park in front of them.
Rift Valley Independent Living Program is an affordable, structured, drug-free community for independent adults and seniors. We provide safe, supportive housing for adults and seniors who want to live independently while still having access to a community and helpful resources.
The program is designed for individuals who are able to manage most of their daily activities but benefit from affordable housing, a structured environment, and a sense of belonging.
Residents in an independent living program typically have their own private or shared room. They also share common spaces in the home like living room, kitchen, laundry room, patios, back yards and are encouraged to maintain their independence.
