About the room
Private room with attached private large bathroom. Use of upstairs bonus room, as well. My house butts up to a golf course, so there is a lovely view from the deck and downstairs patio. Also, there is a available spot in the garage for parking. Washer and dryer in home.
About the roomies
It is currently myself and two cats. I am outgoing, friendly, and respectful. I am looking for someone who is like minded and who will respect my home and me. I lead a fairly quiet lifestyle and the ideal person would be someone of a similar outlook. I work from home, as well, thus would need someone to be cognizant of that dynamic.
