The room sits back at the end of an L shaped home. The room is private and well lit. It comes furnished with a memory form mattress and new linens. You have your own frig with freezer. There is desk that can be raised or lowered for remote work, or used as a TV stand. There is a closet and dresser for clothes storage. This room shares a bathroom with one other family member that is only in the home half time. The rest of the home is accessible, fully equipped kitchen and living room. Private backyard with grass and loungers and shade for outside work. Laundry is in the garage. Extra storage for bike in the garage or in the back yard.

This is a fun loving and happy family home, one shared with a single working mom of two teens (13 and 16) that both are at the home half time. I am a social worker and stay very involved in my teens schools, book clubs and other groups in the community as well as travel outside the state with my partner often. Both teens are high academic performers and both involved in sports, so time in the home is limited. We have a 2 year old aussi-labradoodle that loves cuddling and head scratches and is good with all people.
