We’re looking for a respectful, easygoing roommate to join our home just steps from Ocean Beach and right next to Golden Gate Park (about 100 ft away).

The Room:

• Medium-sized bedroom
• Good closet space
• Shared bathroom (kept clean and well-maintained)

The Details: Rent: $1050/month Security deposit: $1050 Utilities: ~$150–$200/month Street parking only Lease: You’ll be a subtenant and sign a lease addendum (not on the original lease)

The Household:

• Co-ed (1 male, 3 females) home of professionals and students (20s–30s)
• Quiet, friendly, and respectful vibe
• We’ve built a genuinely positive, considerate living environment
• We have one, small, and sweet dog (no additional pets, sorry!)
• We think this space may be a particularly good fit for a female roommate, but we are not exclusionary

What We’re Looking For: Someone clean, communicative, and considerate who values a peaceful home. We’d love someone who’s a good fit for the dynamic we’ve built here.
