Looking for someone to take over my private room in Berkeley! Ideally looking for someone who can move in ASAP (preferably between May 10–16).

Rent: $1,080/month + utilities

Flexible lease options:

✅ Option 1: Sign a 12-month lease directly if you’re looking for long-term housing starting May 10-15.

OR

✅ Option 2: Summer sublease starting May 10–15 through at least July 30 (or longer). If you need housing just for the summer, that works too — the only requirement is that the stay must extend through July 30 or beyond. If you’d like to stay longer after July 30, you can coordinate directly with the landlord.

• Shared house with 5 other female roommates (mostly UC Berkeley students) — female tenants only
• 2 shared bathrooms
• Shared kitchen + living room common area
• Tangent parking available (first come first serve)
• Street parking is usually easy to find
• No pets allowed
