About the room
Room available May1st. Looking for someone who will be here at least one to two months but hopefully longer. I own the house and live here too. There are 4 other people who live here (including me) so a total of 5 people. The house is in a fairly quiet area even though it’s close to everything. I have my own bathroom and the other 4 housemates share a full bath and half bath.
I have 2 rooms available. One is smaller that’s $825. That room is about 100 square feet and has a small closet and 2 window that face south so it gets good light. It’s furnished with a single bed, dresser, and nightstand. The other room is $850. It’s larger with a full side bed and dresser, large window that faces north, large walk-in closet with window. If you’re interested in doing a partial live / work situation running errands a couple times a week in exchange for part of the rent that’s possible too.
About the roomies
Everyone is very quiet and respectful and tend to be out a lot or in their rooms when they are home. One renter has been here about 7 years and the other has been here about 4 years. People tend to stay a while because the house is a safe haven that’s calm and peaceful and I take good care of the property.
