About the room
The Space: Looking for a respectful, tidy roommate to share a beautiful, 3,000 sq. ft. newer construction home. You’ll have a private spare room in a spacious layout that includes a home theater and a home gym. To keep things stress-free, bi-weekly housekeeping is included in the rent.
The Location: Conveniently located in Seatac with easy access to light rail and the airport—perfect for a professional who travels or works in the Seattle/Bellevue area.
The Lifestyle: I own a local wine business and work most evenings, so the house is often quiet during the night. I’m looking for someone who is responsible, clean, and enjoys a good glass of wine.
The Resident “Landlord”: You will be sharing the home with Finn, my very needy and nosy Great Dane. He is a huge part of the household, so you must truly love big dogs. Since I work late, someone who wouldn’t mind the occasional walk or some extra ear scratches for him would be the perfect fit! (Because Finn likes being the center of attention, no other pets are permitted).
About the roomies
One other tidy and quiet gay male is renting the other room. You’ll share a bathroom but have separate sinks. He is gone most of the day as a rideshare driver.
