About the room
Hi! I’m looking for a roommate to fill a room in my 2bed-2bath apartment! Move-in date is available anytime between May 17 and June (I’m flexible depending on your schedule). The living area will be shared but there’s plenty of space for the both of us! It is currently furnished but feel free to add your own furniture to the apartment as well! The bedroom that’s available has its own private bathroom as well as a very spacious walk-in closet! I’m preferably looking for a female roomate! Price $1300-$1500 (negotiable).
Amenities include: Gym, Yoga Room, Clubhouse with lounging area, Pool, and Available Parking (Garage) for an extra $100 a month. Unit includes washer/dryer, updated appliances, as well as a generously spaced balcony! Our apartment building does provide a concierge for packages during the day.
5 minute walk to Hyattsville Crossing Metro Station, Right next door to Giant, Across the street from PG Plaza and plenty of other places surrounding (restaurants, parks, trails, and salons)! About 10 minutes from University of Maryland as well!
About the roomies
I’m 24 years old currently working in the restaurant industry in DC! It includes early morning and some late nights but i’m always careful to be considerate of the time and quietness thats expected during late hours. I’ve been in the DMV area for about 4 years and I love continuing to explore the city and opportunities it brings! I love exploring to new restaurants, bars, events, and meeting new friends.
