About the room

Spacious, bright walk-up basement apartment with private entrance available for rent with a large living and dining area and plenty of natural light. The space includes two twin beds, dining table, TV, a treadmill, exercise bicycle, and table tennis table for your use. Location is right across the street from LOTTE Plaza/India Bazaar/Lowe’s (shopping center across street includes restaurants, salons, spas, pharmacy, etc.). Bus stops for elementary/middle/high school students within the community (they’re only a block away).

Please note: There is no kitchen or laundry included. However, you’re welcome to bring your own cooking appliances (such as an induction cooktop, microwave, air fryer, or Instant Pot) and utensils. Open to making additional improvements (including adding a private kitchenette) or renovations if we find the right long-term tenant.

Vegetarian tenants are preferred (since we’re a vegetarian household).

Please note: The photos do not show the entire basement, including an additional bedroom. The space is also currently being used for storage, so it may appear more cluttered than it will at move-in. All personal items and excess furniture will be removed before move-in.
