Hi everyone! My roommate and I are looking for a new FEMALE roommate in a 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment on the Upper East Side! Starting June 1st (but open to other June dates).

The apartment is on 85th and Third. Rent is $2,200/month, not including utilities. You would be sharing the bathroom with one person. Your bedroom is fully furnished, includes a walk-in closet, and a new TV is being put in the room.

It’s an elevator building, washer/dryer is in the basement of the building, and with doormen. There is no gym.

Roommate: She works in corporate philanthropy and 30F, goes into the office Mon-Thurs and WFH on Fridays. Clean, organized, and loves to go out and spend time with friends and go to events.

Myself: Retired 81 year old man. I keep to myself and mostly stay in my room the whole day. Easy to live with, friendly, and you will barely see me when I’m home.

Looking for:

• Someone very clean and tidy!!
• Quiet and considerate of others. We’re not a party apartment and we don’t really host people.
• Committed to 1 year or longer.
• No fully remote people.
• No couples or pets.

I am 80 years old. I basically stay in my room. I’m looking for someone that does not work at home. Most of the time does not party in the house yeah full use of the kitchen living room. The building requires one year.
