With a private, unfurnished (can be furnished with bed if necessary) room/ private bath, a small downstairs area for a small living room set up, if needed. Full access to kitchen, garage (car or storage), laundry, backyard and wifi/streaming. Females only. Non- smoker, no overnight guests. You will be sharing residence, with single- working professional female and 12 year old daughter. No animals. Small dog, already in residence. Proof of income.

I am a single working professional. I am a Christian and attend church pretty regularly. I have a kind and fun, respectful 13 year old daughter and we have a small hypo allergenic dog. We live very busy lives, with dance classes, dance instructing, league tennis matches and other things in between, our schedules vary.
