Room for rent ($625+ half all Utilities) in a 3 bedroom 2 bath home. Renter will have full access to hallway bathroom .Renter must have reliable income, perform a background check and be pet friendly. I do have two small dogs under 10 pounds ,renter does not have to do anything for the dogs but just be nice to them. Renter will have full access to living room and kitchen to hang out ,cook and eat as they please. Mom has covered carport for parking ,washer and dryer , large backyard with patio for entertainment. Pets are welcome.
