About the room
New house just bought in April 2026. It has easy freeway access and is close to the a Tesla factory, airport, and COTA. In the new Longview neighborhood in Del Valle. The rooms are located upstairs with a furnished upstairs living area and all new amenities have been added on to the house. The house is brand new and still has the new home feel.
About the roomies
Currently, I am the only person living on the property but looking to have two roommates. I am easy going and spend a lot of my time at work and volunteering my time to work with kids after work, so I normally do not spend too much time at home. Sometimes during the year I work remotely but that is sporadic depending on time of year. I am looking for roommates who are respectful, clean, and communicate. If you are this three things then we will get along great.
