I’m looking for a roommate to take over the master bedroom of a shared condo in North Park. The apartment is 825 square feet, 2 bed/2 bath on ground level, and you would be taking over the larger room with ensuite bathroom. My current roommate is moving out at the end of May, so the room is available June 1st.

The condo is located right off University Avenue, walking distance from the center of North Park and its bars, restaurants, concert venue, etc. The condo complex is gated and extremely safe and quiet. 10-20 minute drive away from UC San Diego, SDSU, and the University of San Diego, and a short drive/bus ride away from downtown and Old Town (7 and 10 bus lines are right around the corner).

I’d describe myself as a quiet, easy going person and roommate! I get along with just about anyone, and can adapt to any needs you have. I will always respect keeping common spaces clean, but I am low maintenance and pride myself on being understanding.

I work a couple of different jobs while I’m finishing up my degree, so I do keep relatively odd hours and treasure my alone time when at home, but value a roommate who is social and communicative. With my free time I love sports (watching and playing), books, boardgames and movies! I enjoy cooking but don’t do it as much as I like.
