About the room
Renting out a room in my 2 bed 2 bath apartment off Margarita Road. Renters would have a private room and their own bathroom. The unit amenities include washer/ dryer, dishwasher, balcony access, Wi-Fi, pantry/food storage, complex parking, as well as street parking (typically preferred because it’s closer) pool/hot tub, gym, tennis/pickleball courts. Rent is $1,100 a month plus utilities (typically around $50), and I cover any maintenance requests and parking. Offering month to month renting, or lease arrangements for long term renters. Anyone is welcome, this is an LGBTQIA+ friendly residence, good vibes only. I do have a kitten so other pet owners are welcome, just please no large dogs as my kitten is just a baby :’). The room will be available on June 1st for move in, but walk ins/ tours are welcome anytime before then, message me to set one up. This property is right next to the USPS, with a bunch of near by restaurants and grocery stores, as well as 5 minute drive from Old Town Temecula.
About the roomies
You would be sharing this unit with myself and my kitten Luna. I typically work a lot so I’m not home from 8-6pm most days.
