For Rent: 1-2 spare bedrooms in 3 Bed 2 Bath home. Property Owner resides full time in master bedroom. Two rental rooms share large hallway bathroom with each other and all guests of residents.

Large Rental Room: 10ft x 14 ft large room. Has private entrance to the back yard. Large closet. $1,200 per month. *Available starting August 22, 2026.

Property: Shared Furnished Livingroom with great natural light, kitchen, dinning nook, back patio and large yard great for hosting and sitting outside. 1 shared driveway spot with other tenant and street parking right in front of the home. 1 very social cat to keep residents company. Onsight large washer and dryer.

Ideal Tenants: Only renting to Females or non binary individuals, and no individuals under 21 years of age. Able to keep shared space clean, and respectful for all individuals. No dogs, 1 cat per tenant allowed with additional security deposit. *SDSU students welcome!

Lease Agreements: Lease is month to month. Applicants must pass a criminal check prior to signing lease agreement after an in-person tour. Tours can be arranged most week days after 6pm, and weekends between 10am-7pm. If interested please contact with a time you would like to tour with in the time frame offered.
