I’m living in Sugar House at the moment, I need to fill two rooms!! CURRENTLY NEEDING TWO SUMMER ROOMS FILLED TIL AUGUST LGBTQ+Friendly!! Preferably in school! Two for just the summer two other girls who will be coming into the lease VIA September! There’s a deposit plus rent, but when you move out whoever comes in next pays you the deposit so you get yours back!
We’re all from 22-24 years old since splitting bills by 4 people rent plus utilities should be more than $600 each!
Just estimating at the moment but it’s a nice area! Bus down the streets and close to the park! Let me know if you’re interested and I can send you details!! 😁 I only have two pictures of the 2/3 rooms available! And there’s two bathrooms one upstairs and one down! With a side yard which is nice

Clean, but not strict- must be okay with cat and dog WiFi and utilities are estimated to be included in the rent! In school and working during summer
