About the room
You will have your own bed and bathroom, separated by the living room/kitchen. Both bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the apartment unit. Your room will include a walk in closet with floating shelves with your bathroom right across the hallway. Washer and dryer included. Carpeted home besides kitchen and bathrooms. I ask for a clean person and no strange smells. I do smoke (not often) and host girls nights from time to time so if you are a person who hates noise or not 4/20 friendly this is not the place for you. Air purifiers are located all around the house so the house does not smell like smoke at all. If you have any other questions please feel free to reach out.
About the roomies
Just me and my kitty. I have people moving out in July so I will do a deep cleaning before your arrival. Let me know if you will need any accommodations and I will try my hardest to provide!
