If you’re looking for a room to rent in a nice, quiet, stable home, then look no further. Rent $750. All utilities incld as well as basic items such as toilet paper, paper towels, paper plates, condiments, and a few other things we can discuss. Room is larger 10x11 with 55“ TV, wifi cable, furnished or unfurnished (bed is queen with nearly new memory foam mattress with 2“topper, dresser, nightstand and if needed desk). Shared bathroom. No deposit. Asking for work/rental history. Smoking outside only. Prefer no 420 but can discuss (just pls control smells coming in house, owner gets migraines from it this is top priority - current tenant smokes but is really good about it). Sorry no pets as we have 3 adorable, loving cats already. Room is a single rental only, no overnight guests. No parties.

There is MAX really close by. Albertsons, fast food, restaurants, freeway, park, nature trails, etc.

We are gay couple of 26+ years, mainly introvert, no partying, stable, one works from home and other is over the road truck driver. One other roommate, straight, introvert, either at work or in his room, never cooks. He super nice. We are all easy to get along with.
