This is for a private room for one person in the lower level of a 4 bedroom, 2 bath home. Price is all-inclusive (utilities and internet). The tenant will share a bathroom with an early 40s man. One upstairs tenant is a women, the other is TBD.

Common spaces include: living room, kitchen, dining/crafting room, sun room, backyard, exercise space and washer/dryer.

The other tenants are all students and professionals in their late 20s to 40s. They are looking for someone who is between late 20s and 45, who preferably has a first shift job, does not throw large parties and will not have guests over for more than 3 days a week. Cleanliness is a must, particularly in the shared restroom and kitchen!

No drug use and no pets.

Initial lease will be for 6 months, with 1 year renewals thereafter if the tenant is a good fit.
