Irvine Company Apartments. 2 bedroom 2 bath on the 3rd floor. Available room has sliding closet door, and the bathroom is directly outside the bedroom door (See floor plan). Bathroom has one sink and shower includes a bathtub. Open concept kitchen and living room. Full kitchen with gas stove and oven. Living room and kitchen have wood floors and bedrooms are carpeted. All spaces get great light and windows have view of trees and small courtyard. There is a balcony with access from the living room facing the courtyard. The community amenities are really well kept. Pool, gym, large work/computer room, and clubhouse. There are great nature, paved walking paths directly behind the apartments that a lot of people use. There is a large park that the paths lead to, about 5 min walk from my unit.

I work a 9-5 job in research and am looking for 1 female roommate to join my lease in July when my current roommate leaves. I like cooking, yoga, art, and hiking. I am very clean in shared spaces and like to have my home as a calm space to come back to after work. I often go home on the weekends to see family and friends.
