I live in a 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment in La Mesa that is on the third floor. I have 2 rooms available, one room has a bathroom attached and the other room would share a bathroom with me. The middle room that shares a bathroom has a balcony attached. I have 2 cats and their food and litter is kept in my room. The apartment is fully furnished so there would not be any room for someone to bring furniture to the living room area/dining area. There is one parking spot available.

I would be looking for 1-2 roommates, currently I just have one roommate who is looking to move out by July, June the earliest. We have been using the middle room as storage, but I would be open to having it occupied as rent would be cheaper. I am a 28 year old woman who works full-time Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm (rarely get off on time). I often work Saturdays as well. I am hybrid and can choose when to telework but often do end up going into the office. My work from home station is set up in my room and I do not work in the living room. I would prefer that no other pets be brought in as I already have 2 cats, but am open if it is the right fit. Looking for someone who is 420 friendly, but there is no smoking inside of the apartment. Looking for someone who does not have people over all the time, but am okay with having someone over 1-2 times a week. I am open to small gatherings, but no house parties. I am looking for a roommate in their mid 20s to mid 30s. I enjoy my alone time and often spend most of my time in my room or balcony, but would also like if my roommates and I could occasionally hang out. I love walking in the neighborhood, running, trying new coffee shops or bars, or watching movies/shows. :)
