Looking for a roommate 3 bed townhome Marmalade district
My best friend and I (females mid-20s) are looking for a 3rd roommate for a 3-bed 2.5-bath condo in the Marmalade District. It’s a 3-story condo with rooftop patio, lots of storage, and easy access to downtown SLC/freeway entrance/airport. Available June 1st!
Rent is $2800/month + gas, internet, and electricity. Whoever gets the master bedroom (own bathroom, walk-in closet, patio) will pay $1100 and the remaining will be split between the other two roommates.
We are LGBTQ+ friendly and one of us has a cat!
About the roomies
I am a flight attendant so I’m not home super often. My best friend is a hair stylist and also works as a barista. We are both very busy gals and you will likely have the space to yourself a lot of time if you work from home!
We like to keep our space super clean and would likely try and create a cleaning schedule/rotation that all of us could follow. Other than that we do enjoy having friends over and would love for you to be a part of that as well! We are both agnostic and do drink alcohol socially.
