Diverse and up and coming neighborhood. W/D, A/C, forced heating. Split utilities four ways (four roommates), rent and utilities due on the 1st of every month. Everyone gets assigned one room to clean weekly on a rotating schedule. Comes furnished but you can remove the furniture if you want to bring your own. Plenty of storage available in the basement. Animals welcome (Less than 20lbs) but subject to $100 pet deposit and must be up to date on vaccines and have supporting documents from vet (recent). Small fenced in front yard and moderate size fenced in backyard.

This is a quiet house, we all share chores for the common areas. We’re easy to live with! That’s the main thing.
