Rent split is $925 +utilities with average about $250 depending the time of year We will need to get you approved through property management.

The place: • Average size bedroom with shared common areas and shared clean bathroom • washer /dryer included • Located in West Eugene • Easy drive/bike to downtown • Close to trails, Albertsons, disc golf park • Quiet neighborhood, on a dead end street, good for relaxing • Quick access to major roads for commuting

You: • Must love dogs (they’re part of the home!) • Responsible, respectful, and clean • Have a steady routine (work/school) • Not into parties or a lot of traffic in and out • open communication about our shared space.

Room in the photos will be cleared for move-in.

I work, spend time with my dogs, and like a calm, drama-free space—so I’m hoping to find someone similar. 420 friendly, I’ve been alcohol free for 6+ years but don’t mind the occasional consumption by others. I love being outside, on the water, hiking and camping. I also like to keep busy with arts &crafts, crocheting, and some video games. I have friends over occasionally for ‘game nights’ which can consists of card, board, or video games. I’m trying to experience more things Eugene has to offer.
