Hi! I am a single female in my mid 30’s , working full time. Looking for a roommate around the same age (a little older or younger is fine) for my extremely spacious 3 bedroom 1.5 bath in Red Bank! Right on broad street - but the quiet end of the street so there’s never any noise from the amazing restaurants and bars. I am looking for someone who is also working full time, clean and neat. I am a bit of a homebody due to my work schedule. So no party people please! (Totally fine if you do , just please don’t bring it back here lol) I love dog’s , so If you have one that would be great as long as the building is ok with it, which they would give you the right paperwork for that.

The apartment is extremely spacious, with a ton of extra closet space as well. I am in the Les Gertrude building right on broad street! Conveniently located across the street from foodtown and two buildings down from Walgreens. There is a parking garage , parking lot for the building, as well as ample street parking. Laundry is on premise.

The room that is available is the largest in the apartment. Connected to a 1/2 bath and walk in closet.
