Hello, I have a furnished room to share in an apartment. We will share the bathroom and kitchen. This is a quiet neighborhood in Otay Ranch. There are parks and walking trails near by. The Heritage bus station is located across the street. Southwestern College is located one mile away.

I am a Christian woman in my 50’s. I recently quit my Corporate job in Accounting. I am starting my at-home baking business. Thus, I will be using the kitchen three times a week. I have three cats whom I adore and love deeply. For me it’s important that you like cats and don’t mind living with them. They’re very loving and friendly. You can’t have or bring any pets or animals. About you, I would like to share my home with a professional who has a stable job (not remote), who is empathetic, respectful of the common areas, clean and happy. Not 420, alcohol or drugs friendly. Besides baking, I like to travel, the beach, trying new restaurants and road trips. Thank you,
