About the room

I live in a 3 bedroom house with a large fenced backyard in south Fenton area, conveniently located right by US-23. Renting out a room that is almost 10 x 12 for $775 fully furnished plus half utilities (electric/gas; water is included, and I’ll cover Internet while I’m here). With utilities and lawn-care, my estimate is that total will cost about $875/month. OR, if you don’t need the bed, I’ll deduct $50/month (so it would be $725/month plus half utilities, about $825/month total).

New queen Beautyrest Black mattress, comforter and sheet set just furnished and a desk chair will be supplied as well if you need the room fully furnished. 3 bedroom home but I’m not renting out the other room, so it will just be 2 people max. Bathroom is shared with myself but is located right across from this room. Central air and heat, parking in the driveway. Have a nice patio out back great for relaxing… Flexible lease terms. If you are a travel nurse or other professional that needs a place for 2 - 3 months or so, this could be a perfect option for you!

About the roomies

I’m friendly, clean, Christian, work from home so ideally looking for someone who works outside the home. Must love dogs- I have a lovable husky and a fenced backyard, but can’t take any other pets (sorry!).
