About the room
Private bedroom on the 11th floor of The Deacon with its own ensuite bathroom including a full bathtub. The room comes with a bed, mattress, desk, and dresser. Big window with a balcony and some of the best sunset views in the building. Walk-in closet included. Shared spaces include a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, in-unit washer and dryer, and a living room with a balcony. Two other roommates, both junior girls, one is a biology major working at UC over the summer and the other is a psychology major who will be in and out of town. Both are super sweet, outgoing and welcoming. Water, gas and wifi all included in rent. The Deacon has incredible building amenities including a pool, gym, yoga room, golf simulator, stand-up tanning booth, theater room, music studios, billiards, ping pong, study rooms, and a free 24/7 Starbucks machine. Five minute walk to UC campus.
About the roomies
Two junior girls at the University of Cincinnati, one studying biology and one studying psychology. Both are outgoing, welcoming and easy to live with. One will be working at UC over the summer and the other will be in and out of town. Clean, respectful and great to be around.
