Room for rent, 1 block from OSU and walking distance from restaurant on monroe! Rent is $670 + utilities, the house has 4 bedrooms, a storage room and 1 bathroom! Utilities include water, power, wifi and trash that we split 4 ways. We do have a patio and a small backyard! There is a lot of windows in the house so a lot of natural light. :) The house does have a in unit washer and dryer that is shared. There is a garage and driveway that can fit 2 cars.
There is 3 other roommates (all girls), that are OSU students, that like to hang out in the common areas from time to time. We are very clean, tidy, respectful of each other spaces and time. We value finding a roommate that is good with communication, respectful, friendly, has good hygiene and is okay with people/ significant others coming over and spending the night at times. When people do come over, we do respect that others live here and is quiet when it is quiet time hours. The lease is starting in July 1st, so if you are interested in a budget friendly house close to campus and food then this would be a perfect fit for you!:)
