The Neighborhood: Whispering Hills Right in the heart of South Nashville, very close to Brentwood, Lenox Village, and Downtown Nashville/Gulch. Airport is only about 15 mins away. Very quaint, beautiful neighborhood.

Currently renting out our cozy second bedroom in our two story townhouse. We are offering a fully furnished private bedroom/private bathroom with a walk-in closet, and many other amenities.

We’re a pretty chill, respectful couple who work regular schedules and value a peaceful, comfortable home environment. We keep the space clean and organized and are looking for an honest, quiet renter who appreciates shared living and mutual respect.

We’re looking for a nice and respectful roommate who is also willing to look after our place while we are traveling out of town later this year. We are planning to travel for a few months around September/October, and the ideal roommate would be willing to stay through that period of time, with the understanding that you’ll have the house to yourself during that time.
