About the room
I have a 1930’s house just 10 minutes from downtown Boise and Boise State. I have 2 bedrooms in the basement that can be used for just one person. The basement can be painted and carpet laid down. Just tell me what color for the walls and the floor. The bathroom in the basement is a work in progress, but I have ideas. Also, no overnight guests
About the roomies
I am very quiet and laid back. I work all day and get home really late. I have been in Idaho over a year and I am hoping to stay long term. I hardly ever drink and I do not smoke. My roommate is also laid back and chill. Sometimes his daughter will come over and spend the night. He is a friendly person who gets along with just about everyone
