Seeking a roommate to share full access to a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom 1,550 sf condo in the quiet private Montilla complex, an expensive, safe area of Irvine. The room includes a queen-size bed, dresser, and large TV, as well as a closet and a bathroom with a tub and shower. There a TV room that offers a large TV and a couch. TV and internet access is available in the unit. There is also a large washer and dryer located in the laundry room. There is a large side yard that includes an outdoor patio with a round table, 4 chairs, side seating, and a fire pit.

The condo is located at 25 Lilac, Irvine, near Jeffrey Road, between the 405 and Alton Parkway. You will have access to a lovely pool and jacuzzi, and tennis and basketball courts. There are several grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, coffee shops, and other shops nearby within walking distance. A short distance away is LA Fitness and Irvine Spectrum, a popular large outdoor shopping center. The condo is located between Irvine Valley College and UCI.

The condo is currently under my name. I am a private swim instructor and am the only tenant in the unit. The tenant that moves in doesn’t need to have many belongings since I have all the required pots and pans, Tupperware, silverware, glassware, dishware, vacuums, and cleaning products.
