Room is large with two windows and a wall to wall closet. Kept clean. It has private alley parking and is in between downtown and the hospital just a couple blocks off of the Esplanade. Quiet and is a four plex.

I got into this lease with my friend (male 33) in December but have recently got engaged and am living else where. So this room has been occupied only two weeks out of the time ive had it. My roommate cleans and picks up after himself he likes plants and cooking. The rest of the apartment is furnished except a dining room table.
