PLEASE NOTE: I AM LOOKING TO RENT THIS OUT BEFORE APRIL 28, 2026. Hello, my name is Johnnas. Im currently renting out a studio apartment in Port Richey, FL, with mini kitchenette that has a fridge and microwave ( has a skillet if needed) and has a separate bathroom and private entrance, as well as private parking and utilities including water, electric, and WiFi. It’s $700 a month. I’m asking for first, last, and a deposit of $500 all non refundable. Altogether $1900 to move in upon arrival and non refundable. If you can come up with the $1900 to move in, I will consider $175 a week. Pets are welcome no fee PREFERABLY NO AGGRESSIVE PETS. Children welcome. Up to 3 people please or 4 animals. The space is quite small, but it is worth it for $700 a month. The lease, can be month to month or permanent. I require Small personal background check (free of charge) and also tell me about yourself, no credit check and no application fee, just need to get a job within the rent period. No smoking inside but outside you can. It’s located across the mall, and a bunch of restaurants and stores!
