Welcome to our beautiful, nearly brand-new home (only 2 years old)! We have a spacious, clean, unfurnished private bedroom available with a nice-sized closet. You will be sharing a bathroom that is conveniently located right next door to your room.

Fully Furnished Common Areas: We have a big, open kitchen and a comfortable living room ready to go.

Bonus Fridge: The house comes with 2 refrigerators, so you won’t have to fight for grocery space!

Outdoor Space: We have a really nice backyard perfect for hanging out.

Logistics & Commute: We are in a great location, just a quick 10–12 minute drive to campus. A car is required to get to school from here, but parking is available at the house (we also have a 2-car garage).

About the roomies

We are an easygoing group of guys who are all hard workers, but we also genuinely love hanging out together. We really value a “work hard, play hard” balance. We have a diverse group of majors, Econ, Engineering and Finance.

During the week, we stay pretty focused on our studies and jobs, so the house is generally a respectful and chill environment when people need to get things done. But during our downtime, we love to socialize! You can usually find us goofing around on the Wii, playing poker, or heading out to the gym together.

We are looking for a roommate who is responsible and cleanly, but who also wants to be friends and join in on the fun!
