Spacious, furnished, private rooms (no private bathrooms) for rent in an updated 4 bedroom 1 bathroom house located on a calm and quiet block near the Bellevue area of Harrisburg (North 20th Street and Market Street). Shared kitchen and bathroom with three other individuals. All utilities and wi-fi included. Looking for CLEAN, mature, responsible, respectful, drama-free, drug-free, and considerate individuals to occupy this clean, bright, and positive space. This will be a week-to-week arrangement with a rental amount of $200/week. Security deposit ($400) and first week’s rent ($200) are required to move in ($600 CASH ONLY).
Must provide proof of employment/income (rental assistance programs will not be considered)
Must be CLEAN and clean up after yourself
One individual per room ONLY (no families, no couples, no caregivers, etc)
