Unfortunately, after 2 years, one of our roommates has to move out… Lucky for you, we are now searching for a new amazing roommate! Would you consider yourself to be a good roommate? Are you in your mid 20’s to early 30’s? Are you relatively normal? Will you be able to start renting around mid-August? If you answered yes to the preceding questions, read on…

The room costs $3100/month. On top of that, we split utilities 6 ways (usually costing anywhere between $150 and $300 per person/month).

The bedroom is about 16 x 16. The walls are insulated (helps with soundproofing/not like the crappy walls you see in most apartments)… And it can come furnished if needed (no extra charge).

The apartment itself is 5000 square feet. There are 6 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Each bedroom is at least 16x16 so everyone has their own space and you won’t see people’s personal stuff overflowing into the common areas. We keep the apartment pretty clean, and we have the best cleaner in the world come by to help maintain the common spaces. We are relatively quiet during the weekdays (thirsty Thursdays are always appreciated), and usually, we all go out together and with friends during the weekends.

Some of the amenities inside the actual apartment include a washer-dryer, a huge storage closet/guest room (it was so big we put a queen-sized bed in it for friends), a projector TV (140 inch) with surround sound, dishwasher, ping pong table, and more…
