It took a while to find a place where the location doesn’t cost you the atmosphere this one manages both without the usual compromise. Malls nearby, transit nearby, the kind of access that quietly removes stress from daily life. But the neighbourhood keeps its own character regardless: unhurried, residential, genuinely pleasant to move through. The room is self-contained and private, bathroom included, fully detached from the rest of the house. Comfortable independence, properly delivered.

Sharing a roof but not a schedule a biomedical illustrator and a senior land economist, two people who’ve built something genuinely comfortable here without it requiring much management. Each has a separate room, each keeps their own hours, and the home stays clean and peaceful as a natural consequence. We’re not looking for a social arrangement, just someone decent and responsible who values a well-kept, quiet household as much as we do.
