Large furnished room w/ queen adjustable bed dresser and large walk in closet. The bathroom is en suite and newly remodeled as is the walk in closet inThe kitchen living room and dining room are open space and laundry room is on premises. There is a closed in lanai as well as an outdoor screened in lanai. There is a lush patio with barbeque grill and firepit and a huge mango tree out back with outdoor furniture under its branches for peaceful times . The back property is also great for laying out in the sun with a wooden privacy fence surrounding on three sides. Colorful bougainvillea and confederate jasmine line the fence and the tamarind tree in front is full of pods just waiting to give it’s first harvest.

I am an actor who is returning to the boards after a 7 yr hiatus where I was full time caregiver to my invalid mother who passed away in October. I am recently retired but working part time. I keep a clean house but it can get cluttered on occasion. I was a personal chef and love to cook. I have 2 shih Tzu pups Jasmine 5 and Stazzi 3 (short for Anastasia ) That’s it. I am easy to get along with and if I’m not in the kitchen I’m somewhere around doing yardwork. There may come an occasion that a show or other work takes me out of town for extended periods of time so I m hoping to find a roommate that I can trust and rely on to treat the house as if it were theirs. Communication is the key here and honesty is tantamount. I don’t judge a person by their mistakes only how they used those mistakes to learn and grow.
