We are looking for a roommate to share our house (West LA)!

Move-in date: June 1st

Our house consists of six bedrooms (each roommate has their own bedroom), three full bathrooms (you will share with one other person), foyer, living room, spacious kitchen, big pantry, laundry room with washer and dryer, back deck, and a front yard with a garden.

Our house is located in West Los Angeles (Sawtelle) we are right near the border of Santa Monica. We have supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and parks all within walking distance. We are a 10-minute drive from the Santa Monica Pier. Despite being close to these places we live on a quiet residential street. Most of our neighbors are families. We have easy street parking for half of the street and permit parking for the rest.

We are looking for someone who is fun, empathetic, responsible, laid back, and enjoys hanging out with their roommates. Any gender, must be queer friendly, All of us in the house are laid back and drama free so we are looking for someone similar. If you have experience living with multiple people and have enjoyed it, then you will fit in well with us! Not looking for someone who is into heavy drug use, but 420 and drinking are perfectly fine! Not looking for anyone who has pets at the moment.

The rent is $1,169 a month, this includes utilities. Internet usually is $9 each tenant monthly. When moving in we would need first month, $750 for last month, and a $500 security deposit (refundable when you move out). Total move in costs would be around $2,419. You would be subleasing from our roommate who moved out, until the end of the lease (Aug. 31st), but can renew the lease if you choose to!
