You will have your own bedroom. It includes 2 closets, full size bed, 2 nightstands and 2 lamps. The bathroom that is attached to the bedroom. The bathroom includes a large counter with 2 sinks and a shower tub. You also have your own living room and shared attached garage space with me. Its big enough for a truck. I live in a good area with lots of families. I do have a fenced in yard and a deck we can both enjoy. My property does come with 2 indoor cats 🐈 🐈‍⬛️.

I live alone and im looking to rent out one of my spare bedrooms. I do have 2 cats, but they love people. I am a very clean and quiet person and would like someone similar. I do work alot and you would have alot of quiet time in the house by yourself. I would like someone who would treat this as their own house with respect and responsibility. I do all of the outside work and wouldn’t mind help every once in a while.
