Hey everyone! My current roommate and I are looking for one roommate to join us on a 1-year lease in a 3 bed / 1 bath apartment in Medford.
The apartment is the first floor of a two-family house with a big backyard, plenty of street parking, and in-unit laundry with the washer/dryer in the basement. The room is unfurnished and available for a June 1st move-in.
We’re about a 10-minute walk to the Green Line at Tufts/Medford, and close to Davis Square, Somerville, Cambridge, and Tufts. It’s a super convenient spot without feeling too chaotic.

About the roomies
About us: We’re both working professionals in our 20s and keep the place clean, chill, and respectful. I’m 24M, a software engineer working hybrid. I moved from LA to Boston 2 years ago and I’m into movies, cooking, gaming, and outdoor stuff. My roommate is 27M, an accountant working hybrid. He moved to Boston a year ago and he is into sports, travelling, gaming, and cooking. We’re hoping to find someone who’s easy to live with, responsible, and good with communication.
