Clean, quiet, owner-occupied home in the Shallotte/Brunswick County area with one or two private rooms available. Each room is rented separately to one approved occupant only.

The home includes shared bathroom access, kitchen access, laundry access, internet, parking, a simple shared living room with TV and electric fireplace, covered patio, secure fenced backyard access through the house, and hot tub access by house rules.

This is a peaceful home with clear expectations. It is not a party house. Best suited for someone with stable, verifiable income who is clean, respectful, quiet, and comfortable in an owner-occupied household.

A large trained service dog lives in the home. Applicant must be comfortable around a large dog and agree not to feed, command, tease, roughhouse with, open his crate, or interfere with his routine. Doors must be kept secured at all times.

The open dining area includes an organized candle studio/workspace for the homeowner’s small business. Supplies are stored in designated cabinets and are not part of the roommate’s rented space.

Utilities are included with reasonable use. The home is all-electric, so electric is included up to $300/month total for the home. Any electric bill over $300 will be split evenly among the adult occupants.

Laundry access is for personal clothing, towels, sheets, and pillowcases only. Comforters, quilts, heavy blankets, rugs, and oversized loads must be washed off-site.

Backyard access is through the house only. Exterior gates remain locked, and gate keys are not provided. Door codes may not be shared.

No smoking, no drugs, no parties, no overnight guests without prior approval. Proof of income, references, and background screening required before approval.

I am the homeowner and live in the home. I keep a quiet, respectful, structured household and am looking for responsible adult roommates who value peace, cleanliness, privacy, and clear communication.

I work outside the home and also operate a small candle business from an organized workspace in the open dining area. The living room is a simple shared sitting area with a TV and electric fireplace.

A large trained service dog lives in the home and has a regular daily routine. He is important to the household, so applicants must be comfortable around a large dog and respectful of his boundaries and routine.

I am friendly and respectful, but I also value a calm home. This is not a party house. I am looking for roommates who are stable, employed, clean up after themselves, pay on time, respect shared spaces, and understand that this is an owner-occupied home with house rules.
