So, you will have to be good with a dog living with you, though I will gladly gate the upstairs if you dont want her in your private space. There is another bedroom upstairs as well, which I may consider renting out, so there could be the potential to rent both rooms, or you may eventually get an upstairs roommate. The rent however will not change because it covers all utilities.
