About the room
Furnished room featuring a very comfortable queen-size bed, two nightstands with built-in charging stations, and a 43“ smart TV. Internet and a coffee maker are included. The room offers a private bathroom (located just outside the bedroom) and a spacious built-in closet. The apartment is located in a quiet, tranquil area within an HOA community. It includes private outdoor parking, and residents have access to a large, well-maintained lawn.
Rent includes weekly cleaning of the bedroom and bathroom. Laundry and dryer service are provided by the landlady once a week. Ironing is not included, but an iron is available for your use. While kitchen access is not included, you are welcome to use the fridge and freezer.
About the roomies
You’ll be sharing the home with a friendly, welcoming couple—one from Spain (36) and one from Colombia (40). We’re easygoing, respectful, and enjoy creating a comfortable, positive living environment. We also share our home with three lovely cats, so being pet-friendly is a must!
